Job summary

LINDE MATERIAL HANDLING ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented procurement/order processing professional to receive and process spare parts orders from the Linde / STILL / Baoli dealer network. You will handle inquiries on quotations, availability, and shipment status while coordinating with customers, factories, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum a diploma holder.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP reporting would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work at Loyang Way area.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process spare parts orders from the Linde / STILL / Baoli dealer network.
• Handle customer enquiries on quotations, parts availability, order status and shipment status in a timely manner.
• Work closely with customers, factories, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Perform order processing duties, including verification of invoices and accurate recording of spare parts transactions in the system.
• Maintain proper and up-to-date documentation and filing.
• Compile and distribute yearly parts price lists and interim price adjustments to dealers.
• Source and obtain quotations from approved third-party suppliers based on price, availability and delivery requirements.
• Proactively explore alternative sourcing opportunities and compare supplier quotations to achieve competitive purchasing costs and improve parts availability.
• Prepare and process purchase orders to factories and third-party suppliers, and follow up on order confirmation, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Maintain good communication with suppliers and support the development of suitable alternative/OEM sourcing options where applicable.
