LUMINA ADVISORY & GLOBAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Trade Purchaser to oversee end-to-end procurement of spare parts, equipment, and related items. You will own the purchasing lifecycle from sourcing and PO processing to delivery, payment coordination and records maintenance.

The role emphasizes spend analysis, supplier negotiations, inventory planning and accurate costing, with collaboration across Sales, Service, Parts and Warehouse teams to anticipate purchasing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in trade purchasing or procurement, ideally in automotive, engineering, machinery, equipment or spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full purchasing cycle from sourcing to delivery and payment coordination.
• Source local and overseas suppliers based on price, quality, lead time and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules.
