BNL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Procurement Professional to source and purchase materials, equipment and services for operations. You will evaluate suppliers, request quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

You will work with operations, project teams and vendors, maintain records, monitor inventory, and support cost-saving initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in relevant sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsabilidades

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, tools and services required for operations.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery.
• Request quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with operations and project teams to understand purchasing needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Resolve procurement issues such as delays, incorrect orders and quality concerns.
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and other procurement duties as assigned.
