Job summary

IMDA invites a seasoned professional to join the Accreditation and Spark programmes within ETIG to drive market growth for Singapore-based digital tech startups. You will develop go-to-market strategies, engage CXOs, and shape value propositions to accelerate portfolio growth and ecosystem development.

Bring 8+ years in BD/marketing, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of ICT startup ecosystems to drive impactful outcomes for Singapore’s tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, marketing and communications, industry development, and channel development.
• Ability to co-create compelling narratives to showcase impact and value.
• Experience engaging with CXOs of ICT startups and young companies.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with portfolio companies and senior executives to understand growth priorities and market opportunities.
• Develop and drive value creation initiatives including GTM strategies and market activation.
• Identify market opportunities and demand signals from enterprises and partners, translating them into opportunities for Accreditation and Spark companies.
• Create compelling market propositions and narratives that articulate programme value across campaigns and engagements.
• Plan and execute market activation initiatives and buyer engagements to connect portfolio companies with customers and partners.
• Support opportunity development including buyer discovery and solution qualification.
• Facilitate engagements between buyers and portfolio companies to align stakeholders towards partnerships.
• Develop strategic partnerships and channels to expand market access and growth opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to identify emerging needs and technology trends.
• Track outcomes and impact of value creation efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate initiatives to translate portfolio insights into effective value creation activities.
