Job summary

IMDA’s Media Industry Group (MIG) seeks a strategic partnerships professional to drive partnerships and ecosystem development for Singapore’s vibrant media sector. You will work with industry leaders, technology and creative partners, and government partners to shape growth and transformation.

You will support corporate planning, governance and organisational development within MIG, and oversee end-to-end partnerships from ideation to implementation, reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience in governance, programme implementation or organisational development is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to support Singapore’s media industry growth objectives.
• Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with local and international stakeholders in media, tech and creative sectors.
• Lead end-to-end partnership development from opportunity identification to implementation planning.
• Negotiate and manage collaborations to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for the ecosystem.
• Serve as the interface between IMDA and industry partners to advance strategic objectives.
• Monitor progress of initiatives, report outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
