Job summary

Income invites a proactive Partnership Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will work with FA Partners, FA Advisers, Sales Managers and product teams to drive sales and growth.

You will respond to inquiries quickly, plan campaigns, and build trust with partners through excellent support. Requirements include a degree or diploma, at least 3 years in sales or customer service, knowledge of financial products, and the ability to lead and coach advisers toward targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience / customer service experience.
• Sales management experience in life insurance/financial services is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of financial industry and products is preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train and coach FA advisers to achieve targets.
• Positive, proactive, with strong business acumen and results orientation.
• Independent, self-driven and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with assigned FA Partners, FA Advisers, Sales Managers and product team to drive sales.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns and activities to achieve business goals.
• Develop and establish trust and confidence of partners by providing prompt and effective support.
• Identify needs of partners to obtain competitive advantage.
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with strategic partners.
• Participate in marketing and sales events.
• Focus on team goals and outputs and support team relationships.
• Ensure smooth and efficient business operations for designated FA partners.
• Coordinate with FA Advisers to handle application queries and follow-up on requirements for new business.
• Contribute to overall growth of Partnership Distribution through strategic propositions and effective channel management.
