Job summary

APSN is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Partnership & Fundraising to establish and expand relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community organisations. The role focuses on planning fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and project management to support APSN’s programmes and services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mass Communications and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills in English and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in fundraising, partnerships, or related areas.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English; second language a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Drive, and donor management tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with community partners, corporates, donors and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute fundraising strategies, events, and campaigns to meet targets.
• Develop donor recognition and engagement plans; maintain donor databases and communications.
• Manage fundraising projects from planning to completion; identify donors and funding opportunities.
• Represent APSN at external meetings and events; coordinate partner activities for students and clients.
• Collaborate with Communications to develop marketing collateral for events and campaigns.
