The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in fundraising/marketing, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative approach with programme teams and volunteers.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Sales, Marketing and EventManagement, Communications or Business Administration.
• Possess reasonable fundraising and/or marketing related experience in any sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement diverse fundraising strategies and partnerships across multiple channels.
• Plan and execute flagship fundraising events; manage budgets, permits, vendors and on-site operations.
• Prepare compelling fundraising proposals, sponsorship decks, reports and donor communications.
• Coordinate donor engagement, campaign tracking and volunteer activities.
• Collaborate with Communications to create outreach materials and promote campaigns online and offline.
• Foster strategic partnerships and maintain ongoing communication with sponsors, donors and volunteers.
