Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive fundraising professional to support corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, and strategic engagement that grows revenue and public visibility through communications initiatives.

You'll build relationships with sponsors, donors, and community partners, manage campaigns and events, prepare compelling proposals and reports, and collaborate with Finance and Communications to ensure accurate donor processing and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor engagement experience.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency with donor databases and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic partners.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Develop compelling fundraising materials and donor communications.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and prepare progress reports for leadership.

About the role

Join a purpose-driven role where you will support fundraising, donor stewardship, and partnership development while helping to grow revenue, strengthen donor relationships, and enhance public visibility through strategic communications and engagement initiatives.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing fundraising initiatives, and contributing to meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities

1) Corporate & Community Partnerships

• Identify potential corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic partners to support funding streams and programme sustainability
• Develop and implement partnership strategies, proposals, and fundraising campaigns targeting major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, individual giving, and community-based fundraising
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage related contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, donors, corporates, and community partners

2) Fundraising Campaigns & Events

• Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives
• Prepare compelling fundraising materials, including grant proposals, newsletters, impact reports, presentation decks, and donor-facing content
• Work closely with internal communications stakeholders to support integrated publicity across digital, media, and on-ground platforms
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular progress reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of policies relating to compliance, transparency, and risk management in fundraising activities

3) Donor Stewardship, Communications & Marketing

• Develop and implement structured donor stewardship strategies, including recognition, retention, and upgrade pathways
• Manage end-to-end donor communications, including newsletters, impact reports, thank-you journeys, and personalised engagement
• Create and oversee donor marketing campaigns to strengthen giving pipelines and deepen donor engagement
• Maintain and optimise donor database integrity, reporting accuracy, and segmentation strategies
• Analyse donor behaviour and trends to support fundraising strategy
• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate donation processing, receipting, and compliance with tax-deductible requirements

4) Donor Development & Pipeline Growth

• Support the team in identifying and cultivating new donor prospects across individuals, corporates, and foundations
• Support the development and management of a sustainable donor pipeline
• Assist with leadership engagement efforts involving high-value donors where required

5) Governance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, policies, the Charities Act, and governance codes for IPCs
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and Board members on governance matters when required

6) Others

• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement, business development, or related roles
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector will be an advantage
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with demonstrated outcomes in fundraising, sponsorships, or partnership development
• Good understanding of social impact issues and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
