Job summary

Lombard Odier Investment Managers is seeking a GSA Client Management Analyst in Singapore to coordinate strategic partnerships across Asia and support the GSA Client Coverage team. The role focuses on coordinating client servicing activities, preparing materials, and ensuring timely delivery of partnership initiatives.

You will work closely with Investments, Product, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Legal & Compliance to deliver a high-quality experience for partners and support business

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, sales support, relationship management support, business management, project coordination or product support roles.
• Experience with private banks, wealth platforms, fund distributors or strategic intermediary partners is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the GSA Client Coverage team in servicing strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, due diligence requests and follow-up actions.
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
• Support client communications, training sessions and engagement activities.
• Assist with the implementation of investment solutions and partnership initiatives.
• Track deliverables, timelines and action items across internal stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, operational setup and implementation processes.
• Consolidate client feedback and internal updates to support relationship management activities.
