Job summary
Ambition Singapore is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. You will work with senior leadership on financial modelling, business cases, and contract coordination to drive value from partnerships and regional initiatives.
The role requires collaboration across Academic, Ops, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and QA, with responsibility for proposals and board-level materials, market research, and milestone tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience building financial models for partnerships and strategic projects.
- Ability to develop business cases and operating models for new structures.
- Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for new partnerships, business initiatives, and strategic projects - feasibility, scenario analysis, ROI
- Develop business cases and operating models for new partnership structures, courses, and regional initiatives
- Support contract review and coordination with Legal - commercial terms, service scope, deliverables, timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Academic, Ops, Finance, Marketing, Legal, QA) on partnership workstreams
- Prepare proposals, management papers, and board-level materials
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; provide structured updates to leadership
