XING TEK FLOORING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive in Singapore to build partnerships with interior design firms and customers, growing a portfolio of accounts and delivering tailored flooring solutions.

You will visit partners, understand needs, and collaborate with Marketing, Indoor Sales and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role emphasizes bilingual communication and proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management preferred.
• Experience in renovation, interior design, construction or building materials is an advantage.
• Candidates without industry experience are welcome to apply if you're willing to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage, not a must.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with interior design firms and business partners.
• Grow and manage your own portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Visit partners, understand their needs, and recommend suitable flooring and interior material solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Indoor Sales and Operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Represent XINGFLOORS at partner meetings, networking sessions and industry events.
