Job summary

HP Service Supply Chain is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to shape the partner strategy and manage relationships with key strategic partners. The role requires senior-level leadership, deep supply chain expertise, and the ability to drive cross-divisional programs that transform partner engagement and performance through data-driven decision making and automation.

You will guide complex negotiations, apply advanced analytics, and collaborate with executives to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, operations, and strategic partner management.
• Experience in large-scale transformation, automation, digitalization, or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Demonstrated success coordinating complex cross-functional programs in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure analytical approaches and develop service partner strategies using advanced supply chain knowledge.
• Leverage AI tools and process improvement methods to raise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Interpret data to create processes, strategies, and tools for partner objectives and performance.
• Lead large cross-functional project teams with mentoring to build the strategic supplier/partner roadmap.
• Advise executives on supply chain issues, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and cost savings through negotiations with partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, service models, and performance commitments with partners.
