Job summary

Accenture is seeking a strategic leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of AI-enabled managed services. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable client value and operational transformation.

Lead the development of business cases and value realization, shaping offerings across AMS, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and more. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and governance teams to scale opportunities and realize outcomes like

Qualifications

Experience leading Managed Services or AMS transformation.
Ability to develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

Own offering strategy, business cases, roadmap, service catalog, pricing, and value realization.
Identify AI-enabled managed services opportunities across platforms and enterprise ops.
Translate client challenges into AI roadmaps, value propositions, and executive business cases.
Partner with sales, solutioning, delivery, governance, and operations to move opportunities to scaled adoption.
Define and track business outcomes like productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, and cost optimization.
