Job summary

The Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with Community Care Partners, understand their needs, and align initiatives with MOH and AIC. You will be the primary contact for policy navigation, service management support, and capacity development to drive partner growth.

You will coordinate stakeholders, oversee implementation plans, and help improve operational processes to deliver high-quality community care services.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years in healthcare/community care, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Competency in statistics and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Pleasant personality with passion to engage and support Partners in Community Care.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Community Care Partners to understand needs and aspirations.
• Be primary point of contact to support Partners navigating policies, schemes, and regulations.
• Support Partners on service management and operations, including implementation and licensing compliance.
• Support capacity development and growth of Partners in community care services.
• Assist with driving improvements in operational processes and delivery of care services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate Partners' participation in programmes and initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of Partners' implementation plans and progress.
