The Agency for Integrated Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to shape the community care sector landscape, develop practical resources, and strengthen capabilities across the sector, ensuring care is anchored within the community.

Join the Sector Landscape Review Programme Office to develop the ICCP implementation plan, monitor progress, manage data reporting, and collaborate with MOH and sector partners to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments; capable of multitasking.
Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible in evolving situations.
Good working knowledge of project and programme management, including data reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Work with AIC divisions to refine the ICCP implementation plan for national and local execution.
Monitor and review ICCP ground implementation progress and grant administration.
Drive developmental workstreams related to care journeys, sector capability building, IT systems, and partnerships.
Foster collaborative relationships with MOH and sector partners.
Support stakeholder engagement sessions and secretariat duties for key meetings.
