Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Property & Casualty underwriting with intermediary channel exposure.
• Strong knowledge of P&C products and Singapore market.
• Professional certifications such as SCI or CII are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable portfolio across distribution channels and intermediaries.
• Assess and underwrite new and renewal P&C risks within delegated authority.
• Evaluate risk using underwriting tools, claims data, and financial information.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across P&C lines.
• Participate in meetings, client engagements, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide market feedback and support product enhancements.
• Contribute to business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
