Income-Insurance-Limited is seeking a senior leader to own and shape the Personal Lines portfolio for Consumer General Insurance in Singapore. You will define the product roadmap, drive propositions and manage performance across Travel, Home, Personal Accident, and related lines, ensuring regulatory alignment and market competitiveness.

You will partner with Distribution, Actuarial, Marketing, Finance and Technology to deliver growth, oversee product governance, and lead product delivery

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of General Insurance experience with Personal Lines exposure.
• Proven track record in product strategy, proposition development and portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore GI market, distribution models, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience engaging regulators and industry bodies (MAS, GIA, reinsurers).

Responsabilidades

• Own the Personal Lines portfolio and its strategic direction.
• Define and drive the Personal Lines product roadmap, balancing market opportunities and regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for product performance, portfolio outcomes and growth initiatives.
• Own development of customer propositions across Personal Lines.
• Monitor portfolio performance and act to improve competitiveness and value.
• Leverage insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy and prioritisation.
• Represent Personal Lines in senior management discussions and forums.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Actuarial, Marketing, Finance and others to maximise value.
