Job summary

Income Insurance Limited in Singapore seeks a dynamic leader to head a team of Financial Consultants and drive sales growth in line with organizational policies.

You will be the primary contact for the team, supporting achievement of sales targets, hiring and developing talent, and ensuring service standards meet regulatory requirements. The role requires proactive leadership in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership skills and track record of exceeding goals.
• Self-driven, proactive, independent and result-oriented.
• Effective written & verbal communication with all levels in the organization.
• Able to work in a dynamic sales environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively execute sales plans to achieve targets for the team.
• Maintain a motivated team to maximise productivity and monitor performance.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Implement department objectives and coordinate the sales cycle.
• Hire and attract new Financial Consultants to expand the team.
