Job summary

Association of trade and commerce is seeking an Executive, Outreach and Engagements in Singapore to support businesses through development, networking and collaborations. You will develop and execute programmes to provide local businesses with insights, networks and experiences.

You will oversee programme development, industry engagements, and committee secretariat duties, while coordinating events and ad-hoc admin tasks to meet organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in B2B customer service, sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communications skills (phone and in-person).
• Strong organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and able to work as a team.
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ATC programmes and support initiatives for businesses.
• Follow up with businesses on existing and pending applications.
• Support introduction of new initiatives to local businesses.
• Communicate with businesses on applications and address enquiries.
• Assist SMEs in navigating ATC resources and opportunities.
• Promote and market engagement activities; prepare EDMs and collateral.
• Organise events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and study trips.
• Coordinate pre/post-event publicity and prepare reports.
• Handle other duties to support goals and deliverables.
• Perform secretariat duties for committees and sub-committees.
• Follow up on workplans and liaise with members.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc admin tasks.
