Job summary

• Plan and execute public engagement initiatives that strengthen community relationships and enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and manage outreach programmes, public events, and community engagement activities from concept to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, media partners, and key public stakeholders.
• Create compelling public-facing content including press releases, event materials, and digital communications.
• Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to identify engagement opportunities and manage reputation effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure all public engagement efforts are brand-aligned.
• Represent the organisation at public events, community forums, and stakeholder engagements with professionalism.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of public engagement initiatives and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
