Responsibilities

• Drive programme management for funding administration, governance and performance monitoring.
• Assist in reviewing and implementing digital platform enhancements to meet business needs.
• Gather requirements, coordinate with users and vendors, and manage delivery of digital initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to improve service delivery.
• Support vendor management including project tracking and contract deliverables.
• Design enhancements to user journeys across touchpoints to improve UX.
• Develop and pilot engagement strategies across diverse workforce segments.
• Conceptualise solutions to support career health and journeys.
• Evaluate project outcomes and refine based on data and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for integrated delivery.
