Job summary

T:>Works in Singapore seeks a Communications and Engagement Executive to lead the company’s external communications, media outreach and digital content creation. The role develops a communications strategy and builds engagement with local communities, audiences and partners.

You will manage social media, content calendars, press materials and multichannel marketing, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The position emphasises creativity and organisational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, English, media studies, arts management, marketing, design or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of work experience in creative industry, communications, journalism, advertising, digital marketing or public relations.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong editorial skills with attention to consistency, accuracy and detail.
• Experience developing multichannel communication strategies and content scheduling.
• Experience managing complex projects and campaigns with overlapping timelines.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with digital content management systems.
• Design and video editing capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the communications and engagement strategy for T:>Works’ programmes.
• Develop and maintain a content framework and calendar across channels, including paid content.
• Manage day-to-day social media operations: copywriting, asset creation, scheduling and publishing.
• Define objectives, audiences, channels and performance metrics.
• Translate goals into a monthly digital content calendar aligned with strategic direction.
• Maintain and update the company’s websites and digital pages with vendors as needed.
• Provide content guidance for other main digital marketing platforms.
• Create content and copy for marketing, engagement and publicity collaterals (video, image, text).
• Design and implement a digital community engagement strategy with guidelines.
