Job summary

Audax in Singapore is seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Associate to support the Chief of Staff in driving strategic initiatives, governance and operational excellence across corporate functions. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage project plans, prepare executive materials and help translate decisions into execution, leveraging advanced Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.

In this role you will contribute to organisation-wide transformation projects, AI and automation

Qualifications

2–5 years in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, or corporate functions.
Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing executive presentations.
Strong analytical capability.
Exposure to HR, Finance or Technology operations preferred.
Experience with AI, project management and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management: support delivery of initiatives, manage plans, track milestones and risks, coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
Governance, Executive Reporting & Operating Rhythm: organise board papers, agendas and quarterly OKR reviews.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: identify efficiency gains and standardise procedures.
