Job summary

Audax is seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Associate to support the Chief of Staff in driving strategic initiatives and governance across corporate functions. You will ensure delivery of projects on time through strong project management, analysis and stakeholder coordination.

You will coordinate across People, Legal, Business Admin and other functions, turning decisions into execution, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in strategy, ops, consulting, PMO, business operations or corporate functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience preparing executive presentations
• Strong analytical capability; exposure to HR, Finance or Technology operations preferred.
• Experience with AI, project management and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management: manage plans, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Governance, Executive Reporting & Operating Rhythm: prepare board papers, agendas and quarterly OKR reviews; productivity reporting.
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: identify efficiency opportunities and standardise procedures.
• Research & Strategic Support: conduct industry research; develop business cases.
• Cross-functional Coordination: coordinate dependencies and communications across the CoS portfolio.
