Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in developing go-to-market solutions and solution selling.
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong business acumen with ability to price commercially viable solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for storytelling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned RFQs and proposals from brief through to submission, ensuring quality and timely delivery of the final solution.
• Understand and challenge client briefs to identify core business challenges and translate into solution opportunities.
• Proactively drive timelines, inputs and follow-ups across stakeholders to keep proposals on track.
• Anticipate issues, resolve roadblocks and escalate risks early when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised, innovative solutions addressing client needs.
• Develop compelling pitch narratives and visually impactful sales decks; articulate client challenges and proposed impact.
• Package and price solutions strategically, balancing creativity, client budgets, value and objectives.
• Lead ideation and solutioning discussions for assigned proposals; communicate clearly and persuasively.
