Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in integrated marketing and commercial strategy.
• Proven GTM strategies in media/advertising or content environments.
• Deep understanding of digital, video, streaming, audio and cross‑platform advertising ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting advertising sales and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to craft strategic narratives linking audience insights to business outcomes.
• Experience developing operating models, SOPs, governance frameworks and process improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global media, broadcasting, publishing, advertising or agency.
• Experience leading regional APAC teams.
• Knowledge of audience measurement, effectiveness research and market intelligence.
• Experience driving business change programs and AI-enabled workflows.

• Lead StoryWorks, Branded Content and Production in APAC.
• Ensure high-quality execution and uphold editorial standards.
• Foster creative excellence and scalable production workflows.
