BBC Studios Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Head of Commercial Solutions, APAC. This senior role shapes how BBC Studios brings its commercial portfolio to market across the region, leading Integrated Solutions, StoryWorks Content Studio, Audience Data and Insights to drive growth.

You will partner with the SVP Ad Sales, craft market-leading solutions, and build scalable operating models that accelerate commercial performance while embedding audience intelligence into decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in integrated marketing and revenue growth.
• Proven success in GTM strategies for media/advertising.
• Deep understanding of digital, video, streaming advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate insights into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead APAC 360 degree go-to-market strategy across advertising, branded content, sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Develop integrated, data-led solutions that address client business challenges.
• Lead the StoryWorks, Branded Content and Production functions across APAC.
• Embed audience insights into commercial decision-making.
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Editorial features, Brand IP, Product, Research, Marketing and Ad Operations.
• Implement operating models, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Lead innovation, transformation and capability development.
