Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Manager to join the Occupancy Planning and Management team. You will lead delivery of best practices through Occupancy Planning & Management products, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, the Account Director, and internal teams.

You’ll foster relationships, manage a team, and guide planning across space portfolios, seat demand, and capacity forecasting. Strong Excel and floorplan skills help translate data into client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Thinking strategically, simplifying the complex, seeing the big picture, and driving results.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems / processes and client deliverables. Manage a team, train and mentor as needed.
• Attentive to detail and accuracy - numbers and spatial creativity. Planning and managing portfolios, as well as maximizing space.
• Ability to create planning reports and present data-driven insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Occupancy Planning and Management best practices for real estate clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to client, Account Director, and team.
• Foster relationships and coordinate across JLL businesses.
• Manage and mentor a team; train as needed.
• Review and update project status reports on seat demand, supply, and forecast changes.
• Create accurate planning reports to support corporate real estate decisions.
