Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore is seeking an experienced property/asset manager to lead a team responsible for financial and operational performance, OH&S, and client satisfaction. You will develop asset strategies, manage budgets and reports, and ensure high service standards for commercial offices.

You will coordinate maintenance, contractor management, and tenancy fit-out activities, while driving value through capital works and effective risk management in a fast-paced real estate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property/asset management, ideally with commercial office exposure.
• Intimate knowledge of the office sector and some exposure to retail property.
• Track record of success in supplier contract negotiations.
• Experience preparing asset plans, budgets and comprehensive reports.
• Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team with responsibilities including transactional financial, OH&S, (EEO), operational, HR, negotiation and contracting.
• Develop asset strategies and plans for client asset management.
• Deliver timely client reports and management information.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate tenancy fit-out and capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure building systems operate properly and safety procedures are followed.

Education

Property-related degree or qualification

Bachelor/Master in real estate or related field
