Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Senior Director, Office Leasing Advisory to lead strategic advisory for corporate occupiers, shaping portfolio strategies and complex workspace transactions.

You will mentor a high-performing team, drive cross-border opportunities with regional colleagues, and deliver market analysis, financial modeling, and senior-level client management across Singapore’s office landscape. This role is on-site in Singapore and requires strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance.
• 8+ years of CRE with focus on office tenant representation.
• CEA Estate Agent License required.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore’s office market across all grades.
• Proven track record of closing office lease transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end office lease transactions from requirements through lease execution.
• Provide market analysis, rental comparisons and occupancy cost modeling.
• Develop and execute targeted business development strategies for the OLA client base.
• Mentor and develop junior OLA team members and coordinate with regional teams.
• Build C-suite relationships with CFOs and real estate decision-makers.
