Responsibilities

• Understand Facilities Management scope for the client and develop relevant processes and procedures.
• Oversee service delivery and support client-specific programmes across client sites.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure contractual standards are met.
• Provide account management including audits, reports and compliance.
• Develop tailored solutions for sub regional service delivery.
• Oversee financial operations targets, process compliance and risk management.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver on contractual standards and measures.
