Cisco International Limited Singapore Branch is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to act as a strategic advisor and technical expert, driving adoption and measurable business value for Cisco customers in Singapore. You will baseline environments, build onboarding roadmaps, and lead executive-level workshops to shape product direction.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of enterprise networking protocols including OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, LISP, and VxLAN.
• Hands-on mastery of Catalyst Center, SDA, and SDWAN.
• Scripting in Python or Perl to resolve adoption barriers.
• 10–12+ years in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or CS; Master's preferred.
• Certifications: CCIE, CISM, CISSP; Cisco CS Specialist certification preferred.
• Knowledge across Networking, Security, Cloud & AI Infrastructure tracks.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact workshops and Expert-Insight-Series sessions tailored to customer needs.
• Apply adoption frameworks to accelerate value realization and onboarding journeys.
• Identify and mitigate adoption risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Document adoption plans, site matrices, and roadmaps to keep collaborators aligned.
• Guide customers on strategic decisions and incorporate Cisco validated designs into long-term utilization.
