Job summary

Cisco Systems (USA) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Customer Success Specialist to drive adoption and ensure customers realize value from Cisco investments. You will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert, leading workshops and creating onboarding roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to basel ine environments, guide strategic decisions, and contribute insights to product roadmaps, ensuring long-term product utilization and customer success.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of enterprise networking protocols including OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, LISP and VxLAN.
Hands-on mastery of Catalyst Center (Automation/Assurance), SDA, and SDWAN.
Proficiency in network automation and scripting (Python/Perl) to resolve complex adoption barriers.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact workshops, Expert-Insight-Series (EIS) sessions, and Accelerators tailored to diverse customer needs, providing feedback to CX Product Management to improve offerings.
Accelerate value realization by applying adoption frameworks to help customers bridge the gap between purchasing a Cisco solution and achieving business outcomes, including baselining environments and onboarding journeys.
Identify and mitigate adoption risks by handling customer expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring a successful customer journey.
Document adoption plans, site matrices, and multi-functional communications to build detailed roadmaps and keep project teams aligned.
Guide customers on strategic decisions, lead architectural initiatives, and incorporate Cisco validated designs for long-term product utilization.
