Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Material Strategy and Mill Portfolio to shape VF's global material sourcing strategy. You will build a strategically segmented mill base, evaluate Tier 2 supplier performance using SPM data, and translate inputs into brand-aligned mill strategies.

You will lead lifecycle reviews, onboarding/offboarding decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supplier segmentation and mill capabilities.
• Experience using Supplier Performance Management (SPM) frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategically segmented mill base to support VF's Apparel Sourcing strategy.
• Incorporate SPM results to evaluate and optimize Tier 2 supplier performance.
• Lead lifecycle reviews of core materials for relevance and performance.
• Lead supplier onboarding, offboarding, and reallocation decisions based on performance and fit.
• Drive material rationalization and consolidation to improve development efficiency.
