Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field; MBA often preferred.
• 3–5 years in supply chain with capacity/production planning experience.
• Proven experience leading global teams across countries.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range planning with stakeholders to align with sourcing strategy.
• Translate forecasts into capacity, allocation and material type.
• Validate and present supply signals for decision making.
• Create and maintain seasonal buy plans and optimize PO placement.
• Drive monthly buy process and seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping.
