Job summary

Vans, part of VF Corporation, seeks a Senior Manager, Material Strategy and Mill Portfolio to shape VF’s global material sourcing for its apparel brands. You will build a strategic mill base using SPM data and brand inputs to drive cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability goals.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Material Sourcing, PLM and ERP teams, develop dashboards in Excel/Power BI, and mentor a Senior Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that inform supplier

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supplier segmentation, mill capabilities, and sourcing strategies.
• Experience with Supplier Performance Management frameworks.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and PLM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategically segmented mill base aligned with Brand needs.
• Drive material lifecycle management and core material reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on material and supplier strategies.
• Lead dashboards/tools to track mill performance, utilization and cost efficiency.
• Mentor the Senior Analyst and support the Director in building a high-performing team.
