Qualifikationen

• Must hold a recognised law degree from a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in data protection, data-sharing, IP or tech contracting.
• Experience in commercial agreement management and procurement support preferred.
• Public sector experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Review, draft and negotiate routine to moderately complex agreements.
• Prepare contract mark-ups, issues lists and negotiation comments.
• Review departures from approved templates and contract positions.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations; escalate high-risk matters.
• Conduct legal/regulatory research and prepare notes.
• Support procurement through contracts review and tender processes.
• Maintain matter trackers, templates and document management.
