Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline; at least 5 years in leasing in retail real estate.
Strong negotiation skills; working knowledge of tenancy agreements and docs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
Motivated, resourceful, proactive; able to handle time pressures.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

Support Centre Manager to maximise rental and occupancy and optimise tenancy mix.
Conduct market research to identify and secure new market segments.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants to the property.
Negotiate leases and handle tenancy-related matters.
Maintain landlord-tenant relationships and oversee lease implementation.
Oversee productivity and budget performance of the leasing department.
Manage all aspects of lease administration.
Other duties as assigned.
