Job summary

NTUC LearningHub in Singapore is looking for a Learning Portfolio Manager, Digital Literacy to drive strategy, growth and performance of our Digital Literacy portfolio. You will identify emerging workforce skills needs and develop relevant learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in learning portfolio management or related roles.
• Product management, P&L and GTM experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Passion for adult learning and workforce development.
• Experience in the training, education or CET sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth by developing strategies to meet market demand.
• Identify opportunities through market research, industry trends and analysis.
• Manage the lifecycle of learning programmes from launch to retirement.
• Monitor emerging workplace technologies and digital skills trends, including AI.
• Own business performance: manage revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Analyse portfolio performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry partners, content providers and government agencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Training teams for delivery.
• Ensure programmes deliver strong learner outcomes and customer satisfaction.
