Job summary

SingHealth’s Office of Digital Strategy seeks a Manager to lead digital health and AI literacy programmes. You will develop competency frameworks, curate curricula, and manage partnerships, ensuring scalable learning across the healthcare ecosystem.

You will also oversee budget planning, governance, and performance measurement to continuously improve outcomes in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, health informatics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in organisation-wide training and development.
• Proven ability to establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, professional bodies, or technology vendors.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision making.
• Strong project management skills with ability to plan and deliver programmes on time.
• Familiarity with digital health or digital transformation programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital health competency frameworks and learning curricula aligned with SingHealth's digital health strategy.
• Curate learning content, establish QA processes, and track learning outcomes and digital adoption metrics.
• Coordinate cross-institutional collaborations across SingHealth entities to implement digital literacy initiatives at scale.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, and government agencies.
• Plan events, forums, and other platforms to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Oversee budget planning and financial tracking of digital literacy programmes.
• Monitor programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
