The role requires collaboration with developers, UX researchers, and external stakeholders, with a focus on performance, usability, and iterative delivery in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital product management, business analysis, UX/UI design, and/or web development.
• Experience as a product owner in cross-functional agile teams, driving a product from ideation to delivery.
• Ability to define product vision, manage a backlog, and prioritise to balance user value, business impact and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Define and track product success metrics, including user engagement, conversion funnels and retention, to inform iterations.
• Partner with the development team to review frontend tech stack and assess code quality, ensuring portal performance and maintainability.
• Propose and validate feature enhancements, supported by UX assessments, user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate across teams with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to deliver improvements iteratively.
• Create simple design prototypes to facilitate communication and alignment of proposed enhancements (plus).
