Job summary

You will diagnose root-cause performance gaps, design an enterprise L&D roadmap, and deliver future-ready initiatives across frontline employees, managers, and leaders.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of progressive experience in L&D, talent development, or HR business partnering
• Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise learning programs across multiple employee segments
• Experience in instructional design; ACTA/ACLP certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Consultative Diagnosis: partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to run structured needs analyses and diagnose capability gaps
• Design and implement FPG's L&D roadmap aligned to business goals
• Develop and execute leadership and core skills programs (leadership, strategic thinking, change management)
• Manage external training partners to deliver customized, outcome-driven learning programmes
• Oversee programme design, scheduling, budget utilization, and standardisation of administration across FairPrice Group (FPG)
