Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is seeking an experienced leader to drive Strategic People & Organization Development, Learning & Development, and Government Relations. The role partners with senior leaders, designs talent strategies, and builds leadership pipelines to support growth in a high‑tech manufacturing setting.

You will lead organizational capability initiatives and oversee critical training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR, Learning & Development and Organizational Development experience.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Proven track record in designing and facilitating leadership and organizational development programs.
• Experience managing LMS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement talent and leadership strategies.
• Lead learning and development strategy, roadmap and annual plans.
• Design and facilitate leadership, technical and behavioral training programs.
• Oversee onboarding and integration programs to accelerate productivity.
• Drive Industry 4.0, automation, digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Manage compliance training and training records.
