Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive process transfers from development to mass production in a fast-paced fab environment. You will coordinate multiple departments, supervise project progress, and guide the introduction of new process technologies to improve yield and reliability.

The role requires strong project management, robust knowledge of semiconductor processes, and effective communication with Mandarin-speaking

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge.
• Solid understanding of device physics and fabrication techniques.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in volume manufacturing and working with CMOS foundries or IDMs.
• Proven project management and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; Mandarin liaison experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver process transfers from development to mass production.
• Assist department manager with delivery duties and coordinate projects.
• Supervise and execute project activities and improve process capability.
• Plan and supervise design, development and verification of new process technology.
• Oversee process simplification and derivative product development to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with various departments to improve yield and reliability.
• Establish and maintain WAT test systems and data analysis for quality control.
• Plan annual training and technology development programs.
