Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is seeking a seasoned production leader to plan and drive the factory's annual objectives and monthly control plans in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

You will supervise daily production schedules, coordinate across manufacturing teams, and monitor KPIs to implement improvements while guiding training and performance development for your cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering related field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and production management; at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of accountability, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare the factory’s annual production objectives.
• Develop monthly production control plans and consolidate production results.
• Supervise the planning and execution of daily production schedules, including forecasting and performance verification.
• Coordinate with manufacturing departments to achieve production plans and meet delivery deadlines.
• Evaluate production performance indicators and drive related departments to implement improvement actions.
• Responsible for team training and development planning, as well as performance appraisal and evaluation.
• Promote intelligent management practices to enhance organizational core capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Output Crisis Management & Contingency Planning
