Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. (VSMC) is a joint venture between VIS and NXP, operating a 300mm wafer facility in Singapore.

We seek an experienced Learning and Development leader to shape strategy, lead programs across Fab Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Quality and corporate functions, and build talent pipelines. You will manage the LMS, develop training matrices, partner with education institutions, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience managing learning programs for technical, 24/7 manufacturing workforce.
• Experience with competency frameworks, LMS administration and career development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the L&D strategy to support business objectives.
• Lead orientation and on-the-job training for Fab Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Quality and corporate functions.
• Partner with leaders to define competency requirements and develop programs.
• Manage LMS, training records, reporting and compliance.
• Oversee LMS budgets, vendors, and partnerships with education institutions.
• Drive training effectiveness with assessments and feedback.
• Lead engagement surveys and post-survey action planning.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
