Job summary

DenseLight Semiconductors PTE LTD is seeking a Senior leader to develop and implement strategic planning for sales, marketing, and NPI programs across regions. You will work with design teams to tailor product strategies and drive growth in existing and new photonics markets.

The role involves developing annual sales and profit plans, representing the company at trade shows, and maintaining a consistent corporate image across all product lines and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years' experience in optoelectronics, sales and marketing in optical components, photonics devices and subsystems.
• Silicon photonics and LED product line management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for sales, marketing and NPI programs across regions.
• Collaborate with design teams to tailor product, brand and buying strategies.
• Develop annual unit and gross-profit plans and analyze performance against targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events and manage promotional materials.
• Establish a consistent corporate image across product lines and communications.
• Identify photonics market opportunities and engage key customers to close deals.
• Set up regional collaboration with manufacturers, distributors and affiliates.
• Drive customer delight and CSR strategies to enable organic growth.
• Provide leadership in planning, directing, executing and measuring marketing and sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management and shareholders.
