Job summary

Silith, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Director of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy and market positioning for its silicon photonics portfolio. You will translate product capabilities into market-facing strategies for hyperscalers, semiconductor firms, and OEMs, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure compelling launches and market success.

You will craft technical narratives, develop collateral, and enable Sales with win-ready materials while monitoring

Qualifications

8+ years of product marketing experience with launches and enablement.
Experience marketing to hyperscalers, semiconductors, or OEMs.
Strong analytical skills for market sizing and segmentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication for sales enablement materials.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and BD.
MBA or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Own go-to-market strategy and messaging for Silith's silicon photonics portfolio.
Develop technical narratives across silicon photonics, optical interconnect, and AI infrastructure applications.
Support sales with enablement content and competitive battlecards.
Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams.
Represent Silith at industry conferences and events.
