Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Optical/Photonics or related field.
• 8+ years in semiconductor lasers or optoelectronics.
• Proven leadership in product development and manufacturing transfer.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and qualification of semiconductor laser devices and modules.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers and scientists.
• Establish laser characterization and test capabilities.
• Drive experimental design, data analysis and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introduction and production readiness.
• Act as technical authority engaging customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Define and execute the laser technology roadmap to scale to manufacturing.
